This PR cleans up the YAML metadata:

• Removes the arxiv tag from the YAML section, since arXiv IDs should only appear in the markdown content.
• Adds pipeline_tag: image-classification to correctly categorize the model.
• Leaves the existing markdown content unchanged, as it already links to the paper and GitHub usage instructions.
