This PR significantly enhances the model card for the CVD-STORM model, part of the OpenDWM project, by:

• Adding the pipeline_tag: text-to-3d, making the model discoverable under this task, reflecting its 4D reconstruction capabilities.
• Specifying library_name: diffusers to enable the automated "how to use" widget, based on its compatibility with Stable Diffusion architectures (SD 2.1, 3.0, 3.5).
• Including links to the official paper, project page, and the GitHub repository for comprehensive information.
• Providing a direct code example for T2I/T2V generation, extracted from the GitHub README, to guide users on initial setup and usage.
