Space stuck in preparing step

Hi, our space was working beautifully until yesterday, except today whole day its been stuck in a “preparing space“ step. No idea why. I need this up for an important demo and an upcoming publication. We’ve tried to reset but no luck. I have emailed enterprise support and waiting to hear back.

Can someone please help? How to get this space back? No logs nothing to even know what happened.

In that case, there’s nothing the user can do. First, contact HF Support via email. [email protected]

Hi @aatu18 Sorry about the scare! The Space should be active and running now, though please let us know if you continue running into issues.
