I am writing this post because I haven’t received a response to my email regarding a billing issue.
On March 15, 2026, my account (MINFFF) was charged $30.00 due to an accidental subscription renewal. I intended to cancel it beforehand but unfortunately missed the timing.
I immediately sent an email to the support team to request a refund, as I have not used any paid features or GPU resources since the renewal. However, I have not received any reply or confirmation yet.
I understand the team might be busy, but I would really appreciate it if someone could look into my case and help me with this accidental charge.
